Contact
Two addresses. Here is which one you want.
Synthoramotion is reached by email. There is no contact form on this page, because a form we cannot deliver would be worse than none — writing to us directly means the message is in your sent folder as well as our inbox.
General product and account matters go to support. Anything about personal data or with legal weight goes to legal.
The two mailboxes
Both are monitored. We do not offer phone support or live chat, and we do not publish a guaranteed response time.
Support
Product questions, account help, billing and payments, failed generations, uploads, installing the app, and reports of misuse.
Legal and privacy
Privacy requests, access and correction, data deletion, and formal legal notices to the operator.
What goes where
Each row opens a message with the subject already filled in. Change it freely — it only helps us sort the inbox.

What a tool does, what it costs, what it can and cannot handle.
Signing in, your email address, your display name.
Credits, plans, top-ups, a payment that did not complete.
Include the generation from your history if you can.
Misuse of the Service, or of your likeness, by someone else.
Access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold.
Deleting your account and the personal information attached to it.
Formal legal correspondence and notices to the operator.
Who you are writing to
What we can state today, and what is still to be confirmed.
The Service is operated under the business name Synthoramotion. The formal legal entity, where one is registered, and the operator’s principal jurisdiction will be confirmed before commercial launch and published in our policies — we would rather leave that blank than state something we cannot yet stand behind.
